Ziarat, Sep. 12: Deputy Commissioner Ziarat Muhammad Riaz Khan visited the Quaid-e-Azam Public Library and inspected its facilities. He urged residents to utilize the library, promote a culture of reading, and strengthen “friendship with books,” calling them the best companions for the youth. He emphasized that knowledge and education empower nations, while neglect of books leads to decline.
