Kalat, Sep. 12: Deputy Commissioner Captain (R) Jameel Baloch directed government contractors to improve performance and avoid using substandard materials in the construction of roads, buildings, and other projects. Speaking during his visit to the Communication and Works Department office, he urged engineers and contractors to remain sincere in serving their own people. He warned that underperforming contractors would face strict action, including blacklisting. The DC also reviewed repair work and received a briefing from XEN Roads Abdul Manaf Kakar, XEN Buildings Niaz Ahmed Bangulzai, and other officials on ongoing schemes.
