Usta Muhammad (Report by Abdullah Magasi):

Serious allegations of irregularities in the appointment process for temporary teaching positions have surfaced in Usta Muhammad, where candidates claim that genuine merit holders are being sidelined in favor of ineligible applicants with questionable credentials.

Ehsan Ali, a resident of Union Council Ahmadabad, told Askar International that he was shortlisted for the JDM post in the merit list issued by the District Education Office, Usta Muhammad. However, he alleged that Muhammad Owais, whose ATC degree had earlier been declared invalid under the 2024 education policy, was unexpectedly recommended again by the DRC Usta Muhammad as a “non-professional” candidate.

Ali expressed disappointment over the silence of the District Education Officer during the DRC proceedings, claiming it amounted to tacit approval of injustice. “According to policy, candidates with fake degrees must be disqualified, yet the DRC Chairman, members, and especially the District Education Officer declared Muhammad Owais eligible, which is sheer injustice,” he said.

Vowing to continue his struggle, Ali added: “I will not remain silent until I get my due right. I will raise my voice on every platform, and I place my case before God as well.”

He appealed to the Provincial Education Minister of Balochistan, the Chief Secretary, and the Secretary of Education to intervene and ensure justice, warning that he would keep campaigning until his grievance is addressed.
