On the occasion of Air Force Day, Federal Minister for Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Overseas Pakistanis, Engineer Amir Muqam, paid tribute to the valiant officers of the Pakistan Air Force (PAF), calling September 7, 1965, a golden chapter in the history of the PAF.
In his message, Engineer Muqam said the PAF pilots displayed extraordinary courage and unforgettable sacrifices that will forever be etched in the annals of global military history. He recalled that during the 1965 war, the Pakistan Air Force defended the nation’s skies with unmatched professionalism and bravery, dealing decisive blows to the enemy and making the entire nation proud.
Engineer Muqam added that even today, every member of the PAF remains imbued with the same spirit and zeal as the 1965 heroes, always prepared to respond effectively to any threat.
He further stated that the nation takes pride in the PAF’s capabilities, patriotism, and spirit of sacrifice, and will never forget the dedication of these defenders of Pakistan.
