Quetta is facing a surge in criminal activities, including shooting, robbery, and attempted child abduction, alarming local residents and prompting urgent calls for police action.
Fatal Shooting on Trin Road: A man was shot dead on Trin Road, and his body was transferred to Civil Hospital via Edhi Ambulance, according to Edhi sources.
Motorcycle Theft in Manjhoshori: Unidentified intruders broke into a house near Grade Station in Manjhoshori and stole Manzoor Ahmed’s one-to-five motorcycle, police reported.
Armed Robbery on Bhagta Bakhtiar Road: Unknown robbers looted a passenger van, stealing cash and mobile phones from dozens of travelers in the jurisdiction of Bhag Police Station.
Attempted Child Abduction in Goharabad: Three masked motorcycle-riding abductors tried to kidnap three children near Goharabad Shopping Plaza last night. The children resisted, injuring one of the abductors and escaping unharmed. The children belong to the Lehri, Parkani, and Bahrani tribes. Families and locals have demanded immediate action against the rising crime.
Residents are calling on Quetta police to strengthen security and take immediate measures against criminals, highlighting growing public safety concerns in the city.
