Gwadar, Balochistan – The coastal city of Gwadar commemorated Pakistan Defence Day today with national enthusiasm and patriotic spirit. Various events were organized across the city, highlighted by a grand rally led by the district administration, political parties, and civil society leaders.
The rally featured vehicles adorned with national flags, while participants enthusiastically chanted slogans of “Pakistan Zindabad” and “Pak Fauj Zindabad.” It proceeded through Gwadar’s main streets and concluded at the Syed Zahoor Shah Hashmi Memorial, attracting large crowds from diverse communities and local citizens.
The rally was led by Assistant Commissioner Gwadar Saad Kaleem Zafar, Pakistan Peoples Party leaders Naks Majeed and Yusuf Faryadi, along with civil society leader Mohammad Jan and other prominent figures. The celebrations reflected the city’s unity, patriotism, and respect for the sacrifices of Pakistan’s armed forces.
