Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Minister for Social Welfare, Syed Qasim Ali Shah, has expressed deep sorrow and grief over the human and financial losses caused by the recent earthquake in Afghanistan.
In his condolence statement, he said that Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ali Amin Khan Gandapur, has offered every possible support and assistance to the Afghan people, and that the government has dispatched 35 trucks loaded with essential supplies for their Afghan brothers.
The Minister for Social Welfare stated that the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government is fully prepared to extend all possible help to the affected Afghan people. He further said that in this hour of difficulty, the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa stands shoulder to shoulder with their Afghan brothers and shares their grief as its own.
