MIRPUR MATHELO In Ghotki district, 76 thousand animals of the victims were vaccinated against diseases, livestock teams reached Kachha by boats.
Deputy Director Livestock Madan Lal said that in view of the floods, on the instructions of the Deputy Commissioner Ghotki, 7 livestock camps have been set up on the protective embankments of Ghotki and Ubauro, including villages Rais Ibrahim Chachar, Qadirpur, Shenk Band, Jam Muhammad Ali Lakhan, Asad Shah Jo Damdamo, Foon Landhi and Waris Mazari Pul. Through these camps, 48,125 large and 23,438 small cattle of the affected people have been vaccinated against various diseases.
He said that the livestock team was sent by boat to different villages of Ghotki Kutcha where 1210 animals were vaccinated and 34 animals were treated. He further said that all necessary facilities have been provided by the Sindh government, there is no shortage of medicines.
