Islamabad, Sept. 11: President of Pakistan, Asif Ali Zardari, has lauded the successful counter-terrorism operations conducted by the security forces in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, in which 19 terrorists belonging to the Indian proxy group Fitna al Khawarij were eliminated.
The President said that the courage and professionalism of Pakistan’s armed forces continue to safeguard the nation from the menace of terrorism. He stressed that such operations reaffirm Pakistan’s unwavering resolve to confront and defeat Indian-sponsored terrorism.
Reiterating Pakistan’s determination, the President vowed that the country will continue its efforts until every terrorist and their facilitators are brought to justice. He also prayed for the safety and continued success of the armed forces in their mission to ensure peace and stability in the country.
