7, — The Government of Balochistan has announced stringent security measures across the province ahead of the political parties’ strike call for Monday, Sep. 8, 2025.
According to the Home Department, airports, railway stations, highways, and all key projects will be placed under strict security to ensure uninterrupted operations.
All schools will remain open, while doctors and medical staff have been directed to ensure mandatory presence in hospitals. The government has also guaranteed availability of ambulances and medicines.
The notification stated that any unlawful gatherings or attempts to block roads will be dealt with immediately. Shops and businesses may open or close voluntarily, but those forcibly shutting down markets will face legal action.
Deputy Commissioners and district police officers have been instructed to submit situation reports three times a day while maintaining close coordination with Frontier Corps. Rescue and rapid response teams will remain on standby in every district.
The government has warned that negligence will not be tolerated, and strict action will be taken in accordance with the law.
