Swat, Sep. 6 — In the heart of Swat’s tragedy-stricken valleys, Federal Minister and President of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Amir Muqam, stood among the flood-affected families and joined them in a deeply moving prayer that echoed both sorrow and hope.

With tears in his eyes and grief etched on the faces around him, Muqam prayed: “O Allah, grant patience to the bereaved families of the martyrs and heal the wounds of their hearts with Your mercy. Bless our injured brothers and sisters with swift recovery. And O Lord, for those who lost their homes, fields, and dreams in this raging flood, grant them the best recompense and restore what was taken from them.”

The flood victims, many still in shock over the destruction of their livelihoods, found solace in his words and presence. Witnesses described the moment as one of rare unity, where political titles faded and human compassion prevailed.

Amir Muqam assured the people that their suffering would not be ignored, pledging continued support: “Insha’Allah, we will stand with you in every possible way, share your pain, and extend whatever help lies within our means.”

In a region battered by natural calamities, his visit brought not only political commitment but also a reminder of shared humanity — a message that the wounds of Swat will be healed not just with aid, but with compassion and solidarity.
