Chief Engineer Canals, Nasir Majeed, has directed officials to closely monitor the flood situation at Guddu Barrage and Pat Feeder Canal. In compliance with these directives, Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) Haji Mumtaz Ali Soomro reviewed the water situation at Guddu Barrage and Pat Feeder Canal with Superintending Engineer Irrigation, Ghulam Sarwar Bangulzai, and Executive Engineer Pat Feeder Canal, Farid Ahmed Pindrani.

The review meeting was attended by Superintending Engineer Guddu Barrage, Dhanish Kumar, Executive Engineer Guddu Barrage, Javed Ahmed Chachar, and SDO Mechanical, Nisar Ahmed Bajkani. According to the Superintending Engineer, the water level at Guddu Barrage increased from 318,000 cusecs in the morning to 350,000 cusecs by the evening, indicating a gradual rise.

SDO Haji Mumtaz Ali Soomro stated that he is monitoring the water situation at Guddu Barrage on behalf of Balochistan and keeping a close eye on Pat Feeder Canal, keeping higher authorities informed of the situation.
